I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), StrongFirst Kettlebell and Bodyweight Instructor, nutrition coach specializing in sustainable fat loss for women and a Certified Health Mindset Coach.

 

One of the MOST common struggles I’ve heard from clients over my 20+ years in the fitness industry is lack of time to exercise, especially if they’re a mom or a busy career woman, or both!  

 

Believe me, I get it. I’m a working mom to three amazing (and active!) boys, twins who will be 12 and a 5-year-old who is a HANDFUL.

When does introductory pricing end?

Introductory pricing of $67 ends on Friday, June 10th, 2022 and will increase to the full price of $97.


When do we begin?

Whenever you’re ready! Each workout, demo video, and access to the learning portal begins immediately and you’ll have lifetime access. Start now or whenever it fits your schedule. It’s totally up to you!  


What do I get?

You’ll get a sample workout schedule, three, 30-40 minute, total-body workouts, access to my private online community for guidance and support, and lifetime access to all demos, workouts, and supplemental materials.



What happens after I register?

You will receive a follow up email confirming payment was received as well as where you can find the course. Please be sure to check your junk and promotional folders!


What equipment do I need?

Not a whole lot, actually! Ideally you'd have 2 sets of dumbbells, a lighter set and a heavier set. If you're just starting out after a long break, I'd say 10s and 15s would be good. If you're more of a seasoned exerciser, I'd say 15's and 25s would be a great place to start. Regardless of what you have, I'll coach you how to make the exercises more (or less) challenging based off of what you've got! A yoga block (or pillow) and access to a wall or chair, bench or ottoman would also be helpful.


Am I guaranteed to lose weight?

Ah, good question. The answer is, no. You are not guaranteed to lose weight with this program. The JUST START JUMP START is not about fat loss. What it is about is building consistency, strength, and confidence. Your diet (nutrition) is the biggest determinant of your rate of fat loss, not exercise. Increased consistency can contribute to fat loss, sure, but this program is not a weight loss program and makes no weight loss guarantees. I do have a nutrition companion at check out. If fat loss (or muscle building) is a goal, I highly recommend grabbing it!

Is there any additional coaching?

No. However, you can absolutely ask questions on the closed Facebook page regarding form, modifications etc..

What happens after the four weeks is over?

Don't worry, I won't leave you hanging! Once you complete the JUST START JUMP START, you'll have the opportunity to keep the consistency going with me via my online group coaching community for $49 per month, cancel anytime.

I have some injuries I'm dealing with is this program suitable for me?

Absolutely. As long as you are cleared by your medical professional to exercise, I think you can take this program at your own pace using the modifications I provide and get a great workout in. If you have any specific questions, you can post them on our closed FB page where I can offer more feedback if necessary.

What if I can't follow the program as it's laid out, for example, if I can't get in 3 workouts each week?

No worries at all! Consistency is key, but I know that life happens. A "week" is just a made up timeframe anyways! The goal is to complete 12 workouts in 4-6 weeks.

Will I be super sore after these workouts?

If you haven't been exercising consistently, then most likely you'll feel them. I recommend starting off slowly during the first week to see how you feel and make adjustments as you go. This program is for women who haven't been working out consistently and I've kept that top of mind with the programming.

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of this program, there are no refunds available. Like with all programs, part of the results come from your own personal commitment to sticking with it. This program is designed to help you gain strength and consistency through simple, foundational movements.
