Collection – The foundational step where we analyze personal data like how much you’re eating, exercising, sleeping, and how you are managing your stress levels. This information guides all our decisions in creating a plan that works for you and with you.


Awareness – Here, we use the data collected and make tweaks or adjustments based on scientific best practices. This is where your daily habits, self-talk practices, and social calendar come into play. What obstacles do you face? What throws you “off course”? Bringing awareness to these things will help you to put a plan in place to navigate them.


Repetition – In this step, we create systems that push the dial forward on your goals. We’ll ask questions like, what do we need to do on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to create automation and repetition so we’re successful?


Balance - Maintenance is all about living your life! This is where the magic happens, but there IS a balance that must be discovered. In this step, we clearly define what that balance looks like for you over the coming weeks and months.


Sustainability – Here, we come up with a plan you can not only see yourself sustaining for the long haul but one that you feel confident knowing how to ADJUST when life happens…because we all know it will. This step is key to maintaining your results AND your sanity!

I'm a mom to 3 boys, CJ who is six, and 13 year old twins, Michael and Drew.

I have a Master’s degree in applied exercise science and a Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. I hold my Level 1 kettlebell and bodyweight certifications through StrongFirst, am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), a Metabolic Effect Nutrition Consultant specializing in fat loss for women, a certified Health Mindset Coach, and a certified Macro Nutrition Coach.
