Usually by Friday though, the thrill has worn off and they’ve fallen off the ‘eat healthy and exercise’ wagon. They stay in that cycle for far too long, letting days, weeks, even months pass by with little to no progress. Let me tell you, I’ve struggled with this as well. It’s so common, and feels so hard to reverse too, doesn’t it? It’s the worst.

My name is Keri Mantie and I help women develop a healthy relationship with food, exercise efficiently, and create real-life solutions to feeling their best, both inside and out so that they can stop the “all or nothing” dieting mindset, reach their goals and maintain those results in a healthy and balanced way.
I'm a mom to 3 boys, CJ who two, and almost 9 year old twins, Michael and Drew. And just like the hundreds of clients I work with, it is my mission to balance family, fitness, nutrition, and FUN! This is why I created the LEAN Life Group Coaching Program – to combine family, fitness, nutrition, and fun, in that order!
I have a Masters Degree in Applied exercise science, and a bachelors degree in exercise physiology. I hold my level 1 kettlebell and bodyweight certifications through StrongFirst, am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a Metabolic Effect Nutrition Consultant, specializing in hormonal fat loss for women.
I've been in the fitness industry since 1997 and have worked with thousands of clients, both in-person and online, helping them to achieve their health and fitness goals.
