I'm a mom to 3 boys, CJ who just turned 3, and 10 year old twins, Michael and Drew. And just like the thousands of clients I've worked with, it is my mission to balance family, fitness, nutrition, and FUN!
I have a Masters Degree in Applied Exercise Science, and a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology. I hold my level 1 kettlebell and bodyweight certifications through StrongFirst, am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a Metabolic Effect Nutrition Consultant, specializing in hormonal fat loss for women. I'm currently training to be a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.
I've been in the fitness industry since 1997 and have worked with thousands of clients, both in-person and online (and continue to do so), helping them to achieve their fitness and fat loss goals.
