My name is Keri Mantie and I help women develop a healthy relationship with food, exercise efficiently, and create real-life solutions to feeling their best, both inside and out so that they can stop the “all or nothing” dieting mindset, reach their goals, and maintain those results in a healthy and balanced way.
I'm a mom to 3 boys, CJ (born May 2017), and 10-year-old twins, Michael and Drew. And just like the hundreds of clients I’ve worked with over the past 20+ years, it is my mission to balance nutrition, mindset, fitness, and fun. I have a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. I hold my Level 1 Kettlebell and Bodyweight Certifications through StrongFirst. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a Metabolic Effect Nutrition Consultant, specializing in hormonal fat loss for women.
I've been in the fitness industry since 1997 and have worked with thousands of clients, both in-person and online, helping them to achieve their health and fitness goals.

My name is Rita, I am 54 years old, and a mom of 3 kids. I went back to a full time office job in 2019 when my youngest went to college. I am also a personal trainer and have worked at gyms my whole life. I have also never struggled with weight until this year.
Between working more, trying to balance home, taking care of my mom and the “change”, my workouts and diet suffered. I lost my mojo to workout and eat healthy. Weighing myself was hard, it was the heaviest I had ever been. I started tracking my food, paying attention to what I was eating and moving more. Not just moving with exercise, but consciously making an effort to move throughout the day. I also signed up for Keri’s Busy Bells and learned some great kettlebell workouts I can literally do anywhere with even 1 kettlebell. I started noticing my strength improving, and my body changing. Keri checks in, follows up and is always giving tips and ideas to help along the way.
Today I am down 10lbs since June. 2 inches on my hips, 2 inches on my thighs and 2 inches on my waist. I still have work to do, but seeing results and using Keri’s approach really works. She doesn’t sugar coat anything. She is honest and to the point, which, personally, is just the kick in the butt I needed.
