I'm a mom to 3 boys, CJ (born May 2017), and 10-year-old twins, Michael and Drew. And just like the hundreds of clients I’ve worked with over the past 20+ years, it is my mission to balance nutrition, mindset, fitness, and fun. That’s why I created the Fat Loss Fundamentals Masterclass – to blast through the BS taught in other weight loss programs so you can get the results you deserve without wasting time or money.
I have a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. I hold my Level 1 Kettlebell and Bodyweight Certifications through StrongFirst. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a Metabolic Effect Nutrition Consultant, specializing in hormonal fat loss for women.
I've been in the fitness industry since 1997 and have worked with thousands of clients, both in-person and online, helping them to achieve their health and fitness goals.
