One of the MOST common struggles I’ve heard from clients over my 20+ years in the fitness industry is lack of time to exercise, especially if they’re a mom or a busy career woman, or both!

In Busy Bells 2.0, I’ve coupled my applied knowledge of how the body works (I hold a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and an Masters in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning) with my passion for helping women get the results they want, faster, through a total-body kettlebell program.
Each workout is a total body workout broken down like this:
The workouts inside this program are 30-45 minutes and the main goal is progressing strength and skill over time which requires repetition.
Rather than learning a new workout every single week, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills, implement them, and maximize their efficiency over the course of 3 weeks for Phases I and II and 2 weeks for Phase III.
Each week will ask a bit more of you than the week previous by gradually increasing the volume. This is how you get better, stronger, and more efficient – the main goals of Busy Bells 2.0. So if you only have one bell, the volume is built in for you! And if you have access to more than one bell, you're one of the lucky ones!

The original Busy Bells focused on short, highly varied, efficient exercises, to help you ‘get in and get out’, ideal for the busy seasons of life. Most were under 20 minutes.
My brand-new Busy Bells 2.0 is a more structured program focused specifically on tracking progress and improving your kettlebell practice and strength over time. It includes an optional strength ‘test’ at the beginning and end of the program to measure your gains while improving your commitment and consistency. The workouts are also longer in length.

When do we begin?
Whenever you’re ready! Each workout, demo video, and access to the learning portal begins immediately and you’ll have lifetime access. Start now or whenever it fits your schedule. It’s totally up to you!
What do I get?
You get LIFETIME ACCESS to the 3 phased, total-body kettlebell training workouts that range from 30-40ish minutes each, 3 unique workout phases focusing on three distinct success markers (skill refinement, strength, and speed), optional physical strength testing (beginning and end to track your own personal progress), 3 LIVE and interactive kettlebell workout recordings with me via Zoom, FULL LENGTH recordings of each workout in the program and video demos of each exercise explaining the how and why behind every movement in the programming, plus my online support portal for form checks, support, accountability, modifications and more.
What happens after I register?
You will receive a follow up email confirming payment was received as well as where you can find the course. Please be sure to check your junk and promotional folders!
What equipment do I need?
Not a whole lot, actually! At least one kettlebell (ideally around 25 lbs or 12kg). If you want a second KB I’d recommend one heavier, one lighter (for example a 25lb and a 35lb). You’ll also need the internet to access the learning portal and support group but all the workouts are downloadable so you can print and carry them along with you to the gym or on vacation.
Am I guaranteed to lose weight?
Ah, good question. The answer is, no. You are not guaranteed to lose weight with this program. Busy Bells 2.0 is not about fat loss. What it is about is building consistency, strength, and confidence. Your diet (nutrition) is the biggest determinant of your rate of fat loss, not exercise. Increased consistency can contribute to fat loss, sure, but this program is not a weight loss program and makes no weight loss guarantees. I do have a nutrition companion at check out. If fat loss (or muscle building) is a goal, I highly recommend it!
If I don’t get great results, can I have a refund?
Due to the digital nature of this program, there are no refunds available. Like with all programs, part of the results come from your own personal commitment to sticking with it. This program is designed to help you gain strength and consistency through simple, foundational movements. Your best results come from giving your best effort.
